In the four years they have been here, Cheryl -- a dynamic, energetic little blonde -- put on some of this town's biggest and best parties, like the last two New Year's Eve bashes downtown, the Monster Ball at Halloween, Black on State and more. Come back when you want; we'll leave some of your enchanting twinkle lights on for you.
